Jewerly is personal adornment and as such should be worn everyday. Wear and tare and tarnish is bound to happen but that is ok. It is all part of the course of making your jewelry custom to you! We reccommend taking your jewelry off when in the water, moving or during strainious activity. We supply a tiny pouch for your beautiful jewels. We reccommend keeping your jewels in there when you are not wearing them, to prevent lose.
Most of the jewelry we make provides little care, but here are some simple solutions to keeping your jewelry looking fresh
Sterling Silver + 14K gold filled
Sterling and 14K can tarnish quickly when it comes in contact with oxygen or sulphur. The best solution for preventing tarnish is to wear your jewelry often. The oils in your skin help prevent tarnish. (This varies depending on your own body chemistry.)
When not wearing your jewelry the best way to store your it is in the bag it came in. Along with a air tight bag. Ziploc is the bag of choice. If your silver or 14K tarnishes a polishing cloth is the best remedy.
Exchange/ Refunds
Ashleigh Amber Moore Jewelry will do everything possible to ensure that you are happy with your purchase in the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us directly by emailing ashleigh.a.moore@gmail.com
No refunds or returns, but we are happy to exchange items that you are unsatisfied with within a 30 day period of receiving them for a different item or size, provided that the original piece is in good condition and is accompanied with a receipt.
Ashleigh Amber Moore Jewelry will replace/repair at cost a damaged or broken piece up to a month from the original date of purchase.
Payments
All payments are excepted with paypal. Orders can not be cancelled after purchase. If orders need to be changed, please notify us in a timley order. We want to insure our custumers get the piece they want.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 1-2weeks, and 4-6 weeks for wholesale or custom orders.Please allow 3-5 business days for lead time within Canada, and 7-10 days internationally.
All orders are shipped with Canada Post, you will be provided with a tracking number. Please provide plenty of time for your order to arrive in a timely matter, if you are gifting or purchasing a piece for a special event. Ashleigh Amber Moore Jewelry will not be responsible for lost in transit packages.
